Who are we?

The Quest Therapy, PLLC is a mental health counseling private practice that offers a fantastic mental health coaching and skills group called The Quest! We specialize in using tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons as a powerful tool for mental health improvement, recognizing the transformative power of storytelling and narrative.

Each of our campaigns is a sub-clinical virtual therapeutic skills group. As D&D and RPG as a mental health improvement tool is currently a young but vibrant & effective method, we are in the process of beginning and growing this endeavor to provide effective, accessible, & affordable virtual skills groups for anyone who wants to have fun and grow themselves as a person!
