Our Mission:

At The Quest Therapy, our mission is simple:
We use the power of tabletop role-playing games to help people grow, connect, and thrive.

We believe that storytelling, imagination, and collaboration can be transformative. In every session, players step into heroic roles—not just to escape—but to practice real-life skills, explore new perspectives, and build confidence in a supportive, creative space.

Who We Serve

We offer sessions for Teens (13–17) and Adults (18+).
Many of our players are neurodiverse or come from communities that haven’t always felt welcome in traditional therapy spaces. At The Quest, we work hard to make sure every player feels safe, seen, and valued. We keep our content PG-13, and we don’t engage in real-world political, religious, or sexual content as a part of our game. Our focus is on creating immersive, respectful, epic stories that anyone can enjoy!

How It Works

Our games are more than just fun (though they are that too!).
They’re also guided by trained professionals—licensed therapists and special educators—who use proven tools and techniques to support growth.

By roleplaying through challenges, players can try new behaviors, learn emotional regulation, practice communication, and develop leadership skills—all in the context of an engaging story and a cooperative group.
