CHILD DATA POLICY

Introduction The Quest Therapy, PLLC (collectively “The Quest” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides coaching and subclinical psychoeducation concerning life skills and mental health-focused online sessions (“Services”) for children, teens, and adults. While some of our Services are intended for adults and are advertised as specifically for ages 18 and older, certain of our Services are directed toward teenagers ages 13-17 (individually a “Child” and collectively “Children”) (such Services, “Children’s Services”) and enable participation in group sessions where Children can express their ideas within a live video group roleplaying game session while playing online tabletop role playing games with Children of a similar teen age (“Game Session”).
This Child Data Policy provides important information about how we may collect, use, and disclose personal information through our Children’s Services. Please review our privacy policies for information regarding our privacy practices associated with Services directed to a general audience.
Personal information we collect from Children:
We may collect the following information from Children through our Children’s Services:
Identifiers and other information the Child provides while using the Children’s Services, such as first name, last name, Discord/digital tabletop username, date of birth, gender, information about their health and wellness, and information contained in feedback or other communications with us.
Video recordings of Group Sessions that contain the Child’s image or voice.
Information collected automatically from the Child’s device when accessing our Children’s Services or other network activity information such as device ID, IP address, web browser type and version, and general usage information.
How we may use personal information of Children:
We may collect the following information or use Children’s personal information for the following purposes:
Provide the Children’s Services and facilitate participation in Group Sessions
Respond to inquiries and fulfill requests
Maintain or analyze the functioning of the Services (including Children’s Services)
Perform network communications
Authenticate users of, or personalize the content on, the Children’s Services
Debug the Services to identify and repair errors
Protect the security or integrity of our users or the Services (including Children’s Services)

We may disclose personal information of Children in the following ways
With the Therapeutic Game Master and other participants in a Game Session.
To third parties we use to support the internal operations of Services, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, telecommunications, and customer service.

Between and among our affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.
