WHY RPG THERAPY?

We blend the support of a group, the guidance of a mental health professional, and the magic of adventure. Every Quest game is designed to be both entertaining and enriching. When players are having fun, they’re also making real progress!

  • Tabletop role-playing games are a powerful engine for improving social behavior.

  • Open-ended problem-solving in each game strengthens focus, planning, and decision-making.

  • RPGs provide a low-stakes zone where players can safely explore different aspects of their identity, practice social interactions, and process big emotions.

  • Studies show that therapeutic group based role playing games helps build social skills, boost self-esteem, and strengthen conflict resolution.

  • The collaborative nature of RPGs can be a potent counter to symptoms of anxiety and depression.
